We’re happy to welcome visitors at Avala; visiting hours are from 8:00am to 9:00pm daily. Please check in with the concierge upon your arrival. After 6:00p.m. and on weekends, please use the intercom located by the doors to gain entrance to the facility.
Our concierge is here to help with your every need, from updates on surgery progress to getting a delicious cup of our gourmet coffee. You can reach the Concierge Desk in the first floor lobby by phone at 985.801.6221, or via e-mail at email@example.com. Feel free to call ahead with questions or special requests.
We’re dedicated to making sure your caregivers feel just as cared for as you are. If you are here for an outpatient procedure, we’ll have our concierge keep your caregiver updated on your status, and personally escort them to see you before and after surgery. If they need to leave the hospital for any reason, we’ll get a cell phone or destination phone number so they can be easily reached.
If you are staying overnight, your caregiver is welcome to stay with you. We’ve provided a sleeper chair in every room that folds out to a comfortable bed, and they’ll be given a toiletry kit. They can also take advantage of our other amenities including complimentary coffee and wireless internet.
Avala Hospital has partnered with several local hotels to offer special rates to our patients and their family members. Please contact our Patient Coordinator at 985.801.6214 or firstname.lastname@example.org and they can assist you with reserving a room.

When sending flowers or gifts, simply have the florist/courier provide the full name of the patient on the outside of your card. Our concierge will personally deliver all mail, flowers and gifts.
